Billing controls whether the active workspace can use FiveMesh services. The dashboard treats active and trialing subscriptions as service access. When a workspace does not have active access, CDN and Cache setup remain locked.

What to check

Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar to review the current workspace subscription state. Check billing when:
  • A service says an active subscription is required.
  • A checkout or plan change just completed.
  • You switched from personal workspace to an organization.
  • You expected an organization to share services but the service is still locked.

Access states

After checkout

Return to the dashboard

After checkout, return to Billing or Overview.

Refresh the workspace state

If the dashboard has not updated yet, refresh the page.

Open the service

Open CDN or Cache from the sidebar.
The docs do not list plan limits because limits can change. Use the pricing page and dashboard billing state as the source of truth.
