Use this checklist to review an existing installation in the FiveMesh dashboard.

Account and access

  1. Sign in with the account that owns your services.
  2. Open Billing in your personal account context and confirm the current plan and service access.
  3. If you collaborate through an organization, select it in the sidebar and check the members, roles and server grants. An organization is optional; its services and subscription belong to its owner.
  4. Review your profile, sessions, connections and notification preferences.
See Workspaces and Organizations for the access model.

Servers and credentials

  1. Review registrations in Servers.
  2. Choose My account or your organization, then the intended server in the sidebar selector.
  3. Open that server’s overview to manage its Server API Key.
  4. Check which credentials each integration uses before replacing or rotating them.
A Server API Key grants cdn:write, logs:read and logs:write. CDN listing, deletion and purge require a Developer API Key with the corresponding permissions. Developer keys can also restrict CDN paths and MIME types. Key rotation immediately invalidates the previous key. Update the server configuration and restart the affected SDK resource after rotation. See API keys.

Service configuration

Remove unused Cache or external Voice configuration from server.cfg before disabling or deleting those services. Removing a registration does not automatically remove its separate Cache or Voice configuration.

SDK and Logs

Install the current FiveM SDK and ensure fivemesh-sdk starts before dependent resources. Keep credentials in server-only set ConVars. Server-bound keys supply the Logs server identity. Global Developer keys need FIVEMESH_SERVER_ID set to the cfx.re join code, which differs from the FiveMesh registration ID. Review Logs setup for automatic event capture, optional integrations and the in-game staff viewer. SDK and public API queries are limited to a seven-day span per request; dashboard Explorer follows plan retention.

Confirm the installation

  • Open a public CDN asset and test an upload through your integration.
  • Join the server and check resource downloads after any Cache change.
  • Test proximity voice after any Voice configuration change.
  • Send a Logs event and confirm it appears in Explorer.
  • Review Troubleshooting if a service is unavailable or a configuration fails.
