A workspace is the active context for dashboard data and service operations.
Your personal workspace belongs to your account. Organization workspaces belong to a team and apply organization roles, invitations and service-sharing settings.
Personal workspace
Use your personal workspace when you are setting up services for yourself or for a single server operation managed by your account.
Personal workspace resources can include:
- Billing access tied to your account.
- Registered cfx.re servers.
- A CDN workspace.
- Cache configuration for registered servers.
- User-owned API keys.
Organization workspace
Use an organization workspace when several operators need access to the same services.
An organization can include:
- Members and invitations.
- Role-based permissions.
- Shared access to CDN and Cache.
- Organization-scoped API keys.
Switch workspace
Open the workspace switcher
In the dashboard sidebar, use the workspace switcher near the top.
Choose a workspace
Select Personal workspace or an organization you belong to.
Review service access
Open Overview, CDN or Cache to confirm the selected workspace has the expected service state.
Workspace context affects service actions. Check the active workspace before uploading files, purging Cache, rotating keys or changing organization settings.
When access looks wrong
If the dashboard does not show the service you expect:
- Confirm you selected the correct workspace.
- Check that the workspace has active billing or trial access.
- For organizations, confirm the service is shared under Organization.
- For Cache, confirm the server is registered under the active workspace.
